From Startup Designer to
S&P 500 UX Leader
With 10+ years and over 10,000 hours of UX design experience, I help companies build intuitive, scalable, and user-centered products.

My Journey

Hi, I’m Tanveer—I grew up in Chittagong, port city of 🇧🇩
As my childhood, I loved drawing. Most of the time I participated in different art competitions. That’s where I first found my love for design.
After my computer graduation in 2016, I chose front-end development. After one year, I got to know about UI/UX & I had passion for design I tried to follow UI/UX experts over the world.
Then I decided to become an expert in UI/UX. So I started to work with startups, as this is the best place to learn UI/UX and closely work with users. I have worked with more than 10+ startups in Bangladesh on a full-time / contract basis.
In 2021, I landed my first remote job in the UK 🇬🇧 and earned $2000/month. I continued to work with them for 3 years.
Then I tried going back to an onsite job. I helped companies with design and led teams. Together, we raised millions in funding.
In 2024, I got a breakthrough—my first international job at an S&P 500 listed company, Motorola Solutions, in Malaysia 🇲🇾. Currently, I am leading the UX of the Accessories portfolio at Motorola Solutions.
Alongside this, I plan to help founders struggling with UX design and consultation.
