User Test Summury

During the user testing phase, we had 10 participants use the wireframe to evaluate its usability and functionality. The users were given the following tasks to complete:

- Can you show me how you would recharge your mobile balance (tk) on your phone number?

- If you wanted to find bundle offer on the  website, how would you go about it?

- Once you’ve found a bundle you like, can you show me how you would purchase it?

Overall, the user test was effective, with users finding the interface intuitive and easy to navigate. 80% of tasks were completed successfully on the first attempt.

However, a few areas caused confusion: several users struggled to locate the offer options, and some had difficulty understanding the UX copy since it was in English—they expected it to be in Bangla.
